("Vercept," "we," "our," and/or "us") values the privacy of individuals who use our websites, and our applications, platforms, services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our "Services"). As used in this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of the Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.

- If you download our mobile application or use a location-enabled browser, we may receive information about your location and mobile device, as applicable

Third-Party Credentials
If you provide your third-party account credentials to us or otherwise sign in to the Services through a third-party site or service, some content and/or information in those accounts may be transmitted into your account with us.

Our payment processing partner Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") collects your voluntarily-provided payment card information necessary to process your payment.

Data that is Not Personal Information
We may create aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data from the Personal Information we Process, including by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to a particular user. We may Process such aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data and for our lawful business purposes, such as to analyze, build and improve the Services and promote our business.
Tracking Tools
The Services use cookies and similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs and JavaScript (collectively, "Cookies") to enable our servers to recognize your web browser, tell us how and when you visit and use the Services, analyze trends, learn about our user base and operate and improve the Services. We make reasonable efforts to protect your information by using physical and electronic safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain, including your Personal Information. However, because no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, Vercept can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information

We retain Personal Information about you for as long as necessary to provide you with the Services or to perform our business or commercial purposes for collecting your Personal Information. When establishing a retention period for specific categories of Personal Information, we consider various factors, such as the source of from which we collected the Personal Information, our need for the Personal Information, the purposes for which we collected the Personal Information, and the sensitivity of the Personal Information. In some cases, we may retain Personal Information for longer, if doing so is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or collect fees owed, or is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or court order. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these Third-Party Services. Personal Information of Children
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18 years of age, and no parts of the Services are directed at children under 18 years of age. Do Not Track
There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.
Marketing Communications
You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you may continue to receive administrative messages from us.
International Users and Visitors
The Services are hosted in the United States ("U.S.") and intended primarily for visitors located within the U.S. If you choose to use the Services from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your Personal Information outside of those regions to the U.S. for storage and Processing.
