Scheduled workflows

Scheduled workflows are a way to automate tasks on your computer. You can schedule a workflow to run at a specific time, or on a specific day of the week.

You can also schedule a workflow to repeat at a specific interval. For example, you can schedule a workflow to run every day at 9:00 AM, or once a month on the first day of the month.

To schedule a workflow, follow these steps:

1. Click on the workflow button on Vy.

2. Select the workflow you want to schedule, and click the Schedule Workflow button.

Important notes about scheduled workflows

• Keep the Vy app open to ensure that your scheduled workflows run. Vy will not run your workflows if the application is closed or if your computer is asleep.
• If you close the Vy app and you had workflows that were scheduled to run, they will not be executed when re-opened.
• Vy will keep your computer awake if there is a workflow scheduled to run in the next 24 hours. You can also enable this manually in your system settings.
• Do not close your laptop or put your computer to sleep if your workflow is scheduled to run in the future.
